Tutoring Plus

Tutoring Plus provides academic and enrichment services to partner schools in New Brunswick. Rutgers students work as tutors in classrooms, after-school arenas, and in one-on-one sessions. The program also seeks to increase confidence and enjoyment of educational experiences in high school, middle school, and elementary school settings and build a rapport with principals, teachers, and students. By serving as ambassadors for Rutgers, the tutors also provide a positive influence in the New Brunswick community.
